SAN FRANCISCO – The Golden State Warriors clinched a berth in the Western Conference Playoffs with a 123-116 victory over the Utah Jazz at Chase Center on Sunday afternoon.

Klay Thompson led the Warriors with 25 points, going 6-of-11 from three-point range. Andrew Wiggins added 19 points, while Stephen Curry contributed 18 points and 9 assists.
